How do I change my password?
If you forget your password or need to reset it, you can do so. Press the reset button. A new password will be created and send by e-mail from the system

Do you issue price adjustments?
We are unable to offer price adjustments on products that go on sale after a purchase is made.


How do I place an order?
You can place an order on our website by checking out as a guest or creating an online account with us.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, and PayPal.

How do I insert my discount code?
Insert your discount code in the shopping cart while placing your order. Click on ‘REDEEM COUPON’ buttom to activate your discount code. The price will change. If the price doesn’t change please contact our customer service before finalizing your order:

Can I change or cancel my order?
The order process begins when you click on the submit order button in the checkout. Our orders go directly to our shipping department for processing so we are unable to make any changes to your order. If your order has not been processed, we can cancel your order. Please contact us:

If I place my order today, when will it ship?
We generally ship ground orders within 24-48 hours of placement of the order. Standard shipping time is 2-3 business days in United States and 4-7 days in Canada and Mexico (depending on your location and barring complications such as adverse weather conditions).

Do you ship orders to international addresses?
Yes, we are able to ship most products internationally. If you want to place an international order, please first contact us on
Please Note: Shipping and handling charges shown at checkout do not include custom duties, taxes, brokerage, or import fees levied by the destination country. Those fees are paid by you at the time of delivery. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all import fees.

What is normal shipping time if I live overseas?
For our international customers, shipping can take up to 3 weeks.

Do you offer shipping to P.O. boxes?
Yes, we do! We use FedEx Smartpost to ship to P.O. Boxes. If you have entered a P.O. Box, please make sure an additional street address line has NOT been entered.
Please Note: If both a P.O. Box and street address line have been entered, this will delay order delivery.

How do I choose the correct sewing pattern size?
Our standard sewing sets of 80 and 280 patterns are suitable for those who are between 55 cm and 140 cm in circumference of the bust and hips.
Our XXL sewing sets are suitable for those who are between 120 cm and 170 cm in circumference of the bust and hips.

Which patterns are inside the Sewing Set?
In the 80 patterns sets there are all models from the magazines 307 and 308.
In the 280 patterns sets there are all models from the magazines 305 to 311.

Are there men and children patterns in the Sewing Sets?
In every Sewing Set there is a couple of men and children patterns. The majority though, are women sewing patterns.

Here you can find additional magazines for men and for children (these patterns can be used only with the special meter included in 80 and 280 patterns sewing sets).

Can I buy the special Golden Rule tape measure separately?
The special Golden Rule tape measure is included only in the sewing sets and cannot be bought separately.

How often does a new magazine get realised?
New magazines get realised every three months and can be ordered here:


How do I find a specific item? Do you still have old items in stock?
Enter the particular item number into the search box and the search engine with pull up results that are exact items or items close to what you entered..
